1. DEFINITIONS When interpreting and applying these General Terms and Conditions, the terms and expressions used will have the following meaning: 1.1. "IP address" ("IP address") is a unique identification number associating a device, Internet page or resource of the user in a way that allows locating them in the global Internet network;

MEDICAL CENTER "DORIS CLINICS" OOD (hereinafter referred to as MC "DORIS CLINICS") is a medical facility for outpatient care, registered in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Registration Agency with EIC 175214250, with headquarters and address at office in the city of Sofia 1618, 33 "Byalo Pole" St., tel.: 02 / 820 38 55; 0879 853 557; 0879 851 557, e-mail: dorisclinics@gmail.com, which provides the services subject to these General conditions, through the portal administered by him: https://www.dorisclinics.com/;
1.3. Dorisclinics.com/westet dorisclinics.com (https://www.dorisclinics.com/) is a website (portal) - a virtual information resource, through which users are provided with information services described in these General Terms and Conditions;
1.4. "Electronic link" is a link indicated in a certain Internet page that allows automated referral to another Internet page, information resource or object through standardized protocols; 1.5. "Web page" is a part of a website which may be composite or stand-alone; 1.6. "Information system" means a device or system of connected devices which or any of which is designed to store, send or receive electronic documents;
1.7. "USER" is any person who uses any of the information services provided through the DORISCLINICS.COM website.

1.8. "Server" is a device or system of connected devices on which or any of which system software is installed to perform tasks related to the storage, processing, reception or transmission of information.
1.9. "Website" is the designated place on the global Internet accessible through its unified address (URL) under the HTTP or HTTPS protocol and containing files, programs, text, sound, picture, image, electronic references or other materials and resources.

1.10. "Accidental event" is a circumstance of an extraordinary nature, unforeseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which makes its implementation objectively impossible.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. MC "DORIS CLINICS" through the website DORISCLINICS.COM provides in online mode to the USER the services provided for in these General Terms and Conditions (the "Services"), subject to strict compliance by the latter with the requirements defined in these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2. The main characteristics of the services provided to the USER through the Website, hereinafter referred to as "Services" for short, are the following: (1) possibility to view and share the content published on the Website. DORISCLINICS.COM provides information about itself, its team, the services it provides, current offers, informational articles, contacts and more; (2) the ability to generate a phone call through functional buttons on the Internet page; (3) possibility to generate electronic inquiries by e-mail address (e-mail) through a functional inquiry form within the Internet page, the so-called "feedback form". The USER should fill in the specified fields and select the Submit button. When using this service, USERS should bear in mind and, by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, be considered informed that the use of this service does not automatically lead to the conclusion of a contract between the respective user and MC "DORIS CLINICS",, , sending an inquiry by e-mail does not create an obligation for MC "DORIS CLINICS" to provide a certain service and does not place MC "DORIS CLINICS" and the user in a contractual (obligatory) relationship. It shall be deemed that the relevant user. It should be considered that the relevant user, who sent an e-mail inquiry to MC "DORIS", has concluded a contract with MC "DORIS CLINICS" for the performance of the given service only after receiving confirmation in this regard from MC "DORIS CLINICS. (4) possibility to subscribe to the mailing list of MC "DORIS CLINICS", to be received at the email address indicated by the USER; (5) possibility to generate electronic inquiries, through the e-mail used by the user, by means of a functional link from the Internet page. For this purpose, it is necessary for the user to select a specific functional reference on the Internet page (a place where the e-mail address of MC "DORIS CLINIC" is written and it can be "clicked") and the device used by him to open a new window for writing a message from an email client embedded on the device; (6) possibility to reserve an appointment, by means of a functional link from the Internet page. For this purpose, it is necessary for the user to select a specific functional reference on the Internet page (a place where "book an appointment" is written and it can be "clicked") and to refer the device he is using to the superdoc.bg platform. The superdoc.bg platform is not part of the DORISCLINICS.COM website and DORIS CLINICS MC is not responsible for the correctness and reliability of the information and services available through the superdoc.bg platform.

3. APPLICATION FIELD. AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply in relation to the USERS of the DORISCLINICS.COM Website.

3.2. The text of these General Terms and Conditions is available on the Internet at the website address https://www.dorisclinics.com/ in the manner, which allows its storage and reproduction. An electronic link to the website containing the text of these General Terms and Conditions is located on each page of the DORISCLINICS.COM Website. With any use of the information services and resources of the DORISCLINICS.COM Website, including opening an Internet page from the DORISCLINICS.COM Website, as well as by clicking on an electronic link from the title (home) or any other Internet page of the DORISCLINICS Website. COM, USERS declare that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1. The contract between the parties takes effect from the moment of agreement, objectified in the manner specified in item 3.2. 4.2. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian.

4.3. The contract is valid until the termination of the use of the Services under item 2.2. 4.4. When concluding the contract between the User and MC "DORIS CLINICS", the user makes an explicit electronic declaration of will in the sense of the Law on electronic document and electronic authentication services (ZEDEUU), by which he declares that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions of the site, accepts them, agrees agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them, as well as that he is familiar with the Data Privacy Policy (declaration) of MC "DORIS CLINICS".

5. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1 The general terms and conditions can be changed unilaterally by MC "DORIS CLINICS". When making changes to the General Terms and Conditions, MC "DORIS CLINICS" brings them to the attention of USERS by publishing them on the DORISCLINICS.COM Website. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions enter into force for USERS without the need for express notification to the latter.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All information published on the website, including but not limited to: texts, photos, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of MC "DORIS CLINICS" or is used by the latter on legal grounds and as such is protected by the current legislation on protection of intellectual property, including but not limited to the protection of copyright and related rights.
6.2. MC "DORIS CLINIC" reserves all rights specified in the previous paragraph.

6.3. The use of the information specified in para. 1 of this article, including, but not limited to: copying, modification, reproduction, without the consent and permission of MC "DORIS CLINICS" or the relevant holder of intellectual property rights, except in the cases expressly stated in the law, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the rights of MC "DORIS CLINICS" on intellectual property or those of their respective carrier, in case it is different from MC "DORIS CLINICS".

6.4. The website may contain names and brands of products, services or persons that represent or may represent trademarks owned by Doris Clinics MC or third parties. Access to the Website, as well as nothing in these General Terms and Conditions or the rest of the content of the Website should not be understood and/or interpreted as and does not constitute the granting of a license or right to use any such trademark, without the prior written consent of MC "DORIS CLINICS" or of the relevant third party - owner of the object of intellectual property in question.

7. LIABILITY. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. The information and materials available on the website (including, but not limited to: articles, images, messages and others) are informative, general and abstract in nature and do not constitute, nor should they be accepted or interpreted as advice, guidance and / or consultation provided by MC "DORIS CLINICS" to any of the users of the Internet page.
7.2. MC "DORIS CLINICS" is not responsible for the correctness, reliability, truthfulness and/or topicality of the information and materials available on and/or through the website, for any reason, nor for their applicability to a specific factual situation.
7.3. MC "DORIS CLINICS" bears no property and/or non-property responsibility for the content of the Internet page, nor is it responsible for damages suffered by any user and/or by a third party in connection with the use of the Internet page and/or the accessible information and materials, including their application to a specific situation (for example: a user taking specific actions based on information posted on the Internet page).
7.4. MC "DORIS CLINICS" is not responsible for non-provision of services in the event of circumstances beyond its control - in cases of force majeure, random events, problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond the control of MC "DORIS CLINICS", problems, due to the USER's equipment, as well as in case of unregulated access or intervention by third parties in the functioning of the information system or servers of MC "DORIS CLINICS".
7.5. MC "DORIS CLINICS" is not responsible for damages caused to the USER's software, hardware or equipment, or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the Services provided.

7.6. By accepting the present General Terms and Conditions, the USER declares that he is aware of the possibility of possible interruptions and other types of difficulties when establishing the Internet connection to the DORISCLINICS.COM Website, which may arise regardless of the care taken by MC "DORIS CLINICS". The USER declares that he will not claim any compensation from MC "DORIS CLINICS" for lost profits, suffered damages or inconveniences, as a result of the occurrence of the above-mentioned interruptions or difficulties in the Internet connection, including in relation to the capacity of this connection.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

‍8.1 MC "DORIS CLINICS" takes due care for the collection, processing and storage of the USERS' personal data, in strict compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), our Privacy Policy (declaration) the data and the related Bulgarian and European legislation.

9. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT

9.1 Apart from the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, the contract between the parties is also terminated upon the occurrence of any of the following circumstances: a/ suspension of the activity of MC "DORIS CLINICS" or termination of maintenance of the DORISCLINICS.COM Website; b/ mutual consent of the parties for the termination; c/ in case of objective inability of one of the parties to the contract to fulfill its obligations; d/ when the equipment is seized or sealed by state authorities; e/ other cases provided for by law.

10. OTHER TERMS
10.1. The parties agree that in the event that any of the clauses under these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, this will not invalidate the contract, other clauses or its parts. The invalid clause will be superseded by the mandatory rules of law or established practice.
10.2. The website DORISCLINIC.COM is maintained by MC "DORIS CLINICS" using technical equipment located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. MC "DORIS CLINICS" does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accessibility and proper provision of the Services of the DORISCLINIC.COM Website outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event that the USER uses the Services, subject to these General Terms and Conditions, outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the USER is solely responsible for compliance with the applicable legislation in accordance with the place of use of the Services.
10.3. The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply to all issues not settled by this contract.
110.4. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to new circumstances, will be resolved by the competent court in the city of Sofia under current Bulgarian legislation. These General Terms and Conditions were adopted on 08.01.2021.
